Connected Cardiovascular Care Associates is the first US cardiology practice dedicated to monitoring of cardiac conditions by using digital wearable devices such as smartwatches, digital blood pressure and weight scales - which are the future of cardiovascular care. Dr. Nicholas Macpherson leads the digital health efforts at C3 alongside internationally recognized Dallas interventional cardiologist Dr. Tony Das with 25 years of experience in complex cardiac and vascular procedures. Together they are leading the initiative to give patients less invasive options for treatment and follow up. About Us

Connected Cardiovascular Care is led by Dallas Cardiologist, Dr. Tony Das, MD. Dr. Das is a nationally recognized board-certified interventional cardiology specialist that has been practicing in Dallas since 1996. We are leading the field by incorporating wearable sensor technology to allow you to be followed for cardiovascular health from anywhere on the globe.

Alongside Dr. Das are Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner, Victoria Skobel, and highly skilled cardiovascular doctors, Dr. Nicholas C. Macpherson, Dr. Imran Baig, and Dr. Azizul Rehman. Dr. Macpherson is a fellowship-trained cardiovascular disease specialist and non-invasive cardiologist. His areas of expertise include echocardiography and nuclear cardiology. Dr. Baig is an Interventional and Structural Cardiologist whose areas of expertise include valvular heart disease, transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR), and complex and high-risk percutaneous coronary intervention (CHIP). Dr. Rehman is an Interventional Cardiologist who specializes in coronary interventions and peripheral arterial and venous interventions. He is board certified in Internal Medicine, Nuclear Medicine, and Cardiovascular Disease Medicine.

Diagnostic services, including treadmill and chemical stress testing by echocardiography and nuclear imaging and vascular studies including carotid, arterial, abdominal aneurysm screening and venous insufficiency and varicose vein evaluation. Connected Cardiovascular Care Associates is currently the ONLY cardiovascular practice to offer Nuclear Stress Testing while sitting up, reducing artifacts and tolerated for anyone with claustrophobia in traditional CT or nuclear scanners.

The use of wearable sensors which are individualized to each patient’s specific cardiovascular condition allows C3 cardiologists to follow trends in cardiac conditions between office visits frequently picking up issues before they become serious. Irregular heart rhythms such as atrial fibrillation can be detected with high specificity and sensitivity using state of the art smartwatch technology. Patients with congestive heart failure can enroll in the Halo program to watch over BP, weight and heart rhythm trends avoiding emergency room visits and hospitalizations.

Dr. Das has special training in peripheral arterial and venous disease therapy for patients with leg pains, swelling, venous insufficiency, carotid artery blockage and abdominal aneurysm treatment without surgery using stents.
